Grafana at 192.168.20.120:3000 was deployed with default admin/admin credentials.
Change immediately: Admin > Profile > Change Password

Prometheus at 192.168.20.119:9090 has no auth (LAN-only, acceptable for now).

Credentials stored in Infisical at /infra/grafana and /infra/prometheus (prod env).
